As the children living in our Homes of Hope grow up, it is our goal to assist each one of them with high school and college. With an average household income of $100 a month in the regions we serve, a college education is a basic requirement to earn a living wage. Your gift will aid a student in paying for their college tuition, transportation fees, and necessary supplies. Not only will you provide them with financial security through their studies, but also empower them to achieve their God-given dreams. As many of these young adults do not have the support of their families, this is the only opportunity they have to pursue an education.
Eagles Wings
While many young adults receive the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree, traditional Indian colleges teach limited skill sets that revolve around a specific degree program. Eagles Wings is a 6-month training program teaching English, business, computer and life skills, resume-building, and job interviewing to young adults within our communities. Your gift goes towards covering the cost of tuition, supplies, and provides a small stipend for a student to live on during the program. Eagles Wings equips students with the skills needed to find a job that allows them to support themselves, their families, and their churches.
