Child Sponsorship
By supporting a child monthly, you’ll provide them with a loving home environment, nutritious food, medication, clothing, and quality education all centered around Jesus. Today, we serve over 550 children across our 14 Homes of Hope throughout India. Many of the children in the regions we serve have been severely impacted by HIV/AIDS, either having been diagnosed themselves or having lost one or both parents to the disease. When you sponsor a child for $70 a month, you will provide them with the opportunity to live a happy, healthy life. Or, for $35 a month, you can split the cost of sponsorship by supporting a child who is already partially sponsored. You will also have the unique opportunity to correspond with your sponsored child through written letters.
Child HIV Fund
Over two-thirds of the children currently living in our Homes of Hope have come to us after having been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. It is common for a child to be born with HIV/AIDS when one or both parents have tested positive. These children require extra care that others don't, such as antiretroviral therapy (ART) medication, health monitoring, and specialized diets, all of which are administered by nurses on staff in each of the 14 homes. While child sponsorship covers the cost of the children's care, there are children who are not yet sponsored. By giving a gift of $20, you cover the extra funding needed for the HIV/AIDS medical care of an unsponsored child and provide our nurses with a salary.
Gifts for Children
The life of a Home of Hope child is marked by special occasions such as their birthday. Whether you sponsor a child or not, you can ensure that each child receives a gift on these important days. Your gift of $30 makes it possible for our caregivers to celebrate each child’s special day by surprising them with a gift such as a dress, shirt, or book. Birthdays provide opportunities to bless a child in a simple, meaningful way. If you’d like to gift your sponsored child, you may specify your donation by including your child’s name and registration number.
Homes of Hope Fund
When an urgent need arises with a child or home such as a medical emergency, fixing or replacing broken equipment, or updating our buildings, we rely on your prayers for provision and gifts to the Homes of Hope Fund to cover these extra expenses. By giving a gift of any amount, you’ll help ensure that all of these needs are met as quickly as possible.
